Mr. Anhari, SH has more than 11 years of experience as a manager and lawyer, thus has been a consultant for both union-management groups and private sector organizations. His expertise encompasses “contemporary negotiations,” labour-management relations and labour-related litigation. He is an experienced group facilitator in such areas as effective dispute resolution, communication and interest-based problem-solving.
He is a partner of Yusuf Basri dan Rekan law firm that provides services in advocacy before administrative tribunals, trial and appellate advocacy and collective-bargaining negotiations. The firm also provides proactive advice and strategic-planning assistance to the management and union-management group in all areas of labour and employment law.
He and his team has facilitated many cases in related to labour law and industrial relations as both an arbitrator and a mediator for numerous companies, including PT. NYK Line Indonesia, PT. Inkote Indonesia, PT. Seiwa Indonesia, PT. Yusen Air Service Indonesia, and PT. Zahrati Indonesia.
In addition Mr. Anhari served as a Vice Chairman at LPBH (Lembaga Pembelaan dan Bantuan Hukum) whereas he involved in conducting a background check for the judges who’s handling corruption cases nation-wide. Mr. Anhari graduated from University of Airlangga Law School in 1989.
