Mr. Cyrus has more than 20 years of business experience in Human Resources Management, Strategic Management & Business Process as well as Information Systems/Technology; whereas he also works as a senior management consultant during his time up to now. In addition to his present management and consulting experience, he also has conducted various workshop classes in related to Project Management, Change Management, Consulting Skill, and Business Writing.
Currently Mr. Cyrus works as a senior lecturer at IPMI (Indonesian Institute of Management Development) in Jakarta; he previously was a Director at PT. BankPOS Nusantara, Jakarta. Prior to that he has worked for McKinsey & Co. in Boston (USA) and Jakarta Reps. Office as a Senior Management Consultant helping and assisting key clients in various industries nationwide.
As a professional trainer, Mr. Cyrus has facilitated and conducted numerous in-house/public training classes all over the country, his clients to include Telkom, BNI, BTN, BRI, PLN, Indomobil, Charoen Pokphand, Nestle, British Petroleum, Pindad, Rekayasa Industri as well as government institutions such as Ministry of Finance, Bank of Indonesia and more. Mr. Cyrus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ITB of Bandung and received his Master of Science in Management of Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge (Mass.), USA.
